Return Policy

JJC Photography may offer you a refund, exchange or repair if you are able to provide proof of purchase or a receipt and must meet one of the following conditions: 

 

1.       Goods are damaged or faulty through no fault of your own

 

2.       Goods are supplied incorrectly

 

3.       Goods vary from their description on the website

 

To obtain a repair, exchange or refund, please return the goods to  JJC Photography. Any returning items are shipped at the owners risk and JJC Photography will not be liable for any items that are lost or damaged due to the negligence or fault of a third party.

 

Please be advised that JJC Photography will not provide you with a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind. So it is important for you to choose the product/s carefully before making any purchases.

 

If you need to return the good due to it being faulty or damaged or incorrectly shipped, please email us at SALES@JJCPHOTOGRAPHY.COM.AU to obtain further instructions on how to proceed with the return of good/s. Any returns will need to accompany with a Return Approval Number. Without the Return Approval Number, the returns will not get processed and these will need to be collected by the owner or have the goods shipped back to the owner at his/her own expenses.

Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for the return and testing to take place as JJC Photography has to return the goods to the manufacture for testing in order to determine whether or not you are entitled to a repair, exchange or refund.

 

For most of the time, it is more convenient for you to have the good replaced at a local JJC Photography store where the original goods were received in a damaged or faulty condition. In such case, a valid receipt or proof of purchase will need to be provided to the JJC Photography staff to verify the purchase. JJC Photography staff will then inspect and assess the condition of the goods and determine whether to replace/exchange where applicable.

 

 

PACKAGING & POSTAGE

Postage costs will be covered by a courier service for Consumer Electronic products. Returned orders should be returned with all original accessories (that were included with the order) and, preferably, in their original packaging.

 

STATUTORY CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES

This Returns Policy is in addition to and is not intended to limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Trade Practices Act or equivalent State and Territory legislation.
